Registration is now open for the 2014 Summer Chess Camps being held once again at Solomon Schechter Upper School in Hartsdale. With full and half day programs, kids will be exercising both mind and body this summer gaining skills for the chess board and for life.

163 players participated in the second Greenwich City Championship. In addition to Grand Prix trophies, special awards were presented to the top scoring Greenwich resident or student in the six sections. Among the highlights: Andrew Rogozinski, despite being out rated by almost 200 points, won the High School section and the Greenwich City title.
